1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.synaxlabs.com or enrolling in any SynaxLABS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
SynaxLABS provides STEAM education programs, workshops, research initiatives, and technology services through six divisions: SynaxSTEAM, SynaxKIDS, SynaxCAD, SynaxCREATIVE, SynaxTECH, and SynaxR&D.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Enrollment & Payments
- Enrollment: Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or approval of a sponsored application.
- Fees: All fees are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD as indicated. Prices are subject to change with notice.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before the program commences. No refunds are issued after the program start date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software is the exclusive property of SynaxLABS and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
All users and students are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
- Not engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism.
- Not attempt to disrupt or harm our digital systems.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Violations may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
7. Certificates & Credentials
Certificates issued by SynaxLABS are recognition of course completion and do not constitute academic qualifications unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud or academic dishonesty is discovered.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynaxLABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
